The expert advisory board will support GPEP in an advisory capacity in the future in order to promote continuous growth. The board is made up of Dr. Markus Hofmann and Ralf-Peter Koschny, who each bring valuable experience and networks from the real estate industry, the capital market and politics.

Dr. Markus Hofmann was a board member of various insurance companies for over 20 years, including Axa Insurance, Allianz Insurance, Ergo Insurance and most recently the Provinzial Group. Since the beginning of 2023, the doctor of chemistry has been contributing his know-how as an advisory board member to LegalHero GmbH and PropertyExpert GmbH. He supports startups and will advance forward-looking sustainability issues.

Ralf-Peter Koschny is spokesman for the board of bulwiengesa AG, Hamburg, where he is responsible for the retail, hotel and logistics areas. The Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) is an active member of numerous associations and associations related to the retail and real estate sectors. He has excellent contacts in the real estate industry as well as in cities and municipalities.
